Misija Construction was established in 2012 by Steve White, the General Contractor for Whistlestop Townhomes. Before founding Misija Construction, Steve designed and built five commercial retail strip malls in Greeley, Colorado. His early career also included the complete demolition and renovation of multiple restaurants, as well as extensive interior remodels of a major hotel at Denver International Airport, including the lobby, gym, and bathrooms.

After completing these commercial projects, Steve shifted his focus to residential construction, designing and building single-family homes ranging from 3,000 to 6,500 square feet in Platteville, Kersey, Windsor, and Erie, Colorado.

More recently, Steve has completed two townhome developments: a twelve-unit community in Greeley, Colorado, and a six-unit complex in South Padre Island, Texas.

With more than 125 residential projects and over 30 commercial projects completed throughout his career, Steve brings extensive experience, technical expertise, and proven leadership to Grand County and the Whistlestop Townhomes project.

Outside of work, Steve enjoys mountain biking and exploring the many trails Winter Park has to offer.
